Who handles your data?
FM Coaching operates this website. For privacy questions or requests relating to your personal information, contact FM Coaching on WhatsApp.
Enquiry form
When you apply, we collect your first name, phone/WhatsApp number and your stated fitness goal. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss coaching. The form is sent to HubSpot, our CRM provider. Do not share medical details or other sensitive information in the form.
How long is information kept?
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to manage the enquiry and provide support, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or remove your personal information.
Cookies and measurement
Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded unless you allow them. If you choose them, Google Ads and Meta may measure visits and conversions, and HubSpot may use tracking cookies for attribution. You can change your choice any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
ntfy notifications
FM Coaching uses ntfy.sh to receive general site-visit alerts (if you've consented to analytics) and anonymised new-enquiry notifications. Your name and phone number are not included in ntfy notifications; that information stays in HubSpot.
What else is shared?
Basic request and device data are processed by the Sites hosting infrastructure and may be stored in operational logs. We avoid collecting precise location for website-visit alerts.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law you may have rights to access, correct or erase data, object to some processing, or withdraw optional-cookie consent. UK visitors may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
